Can you print on my blank t-shirt?
We currently do not have such a service, but we hope to be able to solve this type of service in the future!
Do you only offer printing on t-shirts? Can you also print on other types of garments?
We can also take on other print assignments, feel free to come in with an inquiry!
Can I order garments without ordering a print?
Currently not in pieces, but if you are interested in a slightly larger quantity, you are welcome to come in with an inquiry!
Can I get a sample print?
Yes, it can be arranged. Get in touch and we will look at what process your particular print idea needs.
What file format and resolution should I email my logo in?
We would prefer to have your design in vector format, preferably in pdf or ai.
The png or jpeg format usually works too — however, the resolution needs to be at least 300 dpi.
Do you charge to help me make a simpler graphic original?
If you place a larger order, some graphic work is included. However, if you want to buy individual t-shirts and need help with creating digital graphics, we will charge a fee. Get in touch and tell us what you want to create and we will come up with a process and cost proposal!
What does the process look like if I want your help creating a logo or special graphics for an order?
A typical process might look like this:
Send a short brief with what you want. Do you have a digital logo? Attach it! Don't you have one? Describe your idea - We also need to know if you have any special requests for sizes and colors of shirts. As well as if there is a desired schedule. 2. We will get back to you with questions, schedule and process. 3 You confirm - then you will receive an order confirmation with all the details.
The shirts
What happens to the shirts you sort out? For example, holes, stains?
We are working to reuse even the discarded garments to the extent possible, for example we are looking at how we can repair torn t-shirts or remove stains. At the moment we have very few t-shirts we cannot use, but as we grow we will actively seek and evaluate responsible alternatives. Our goal is always to recycle locally.
What do you mean by saving t-shirts?
We save t-shirts by giving them a new life instead of risking them becoming waste. Many used clothes in Sweden are exported in large volumes without guarantees that they are actually reused. A report from the European Environment Agency (EEA) shows that exports of used clothes from the EU to countries outside the Union, mainly in Africa and Asia, have tripled over the past two decades, from just over 550,000 tonnes to almost 1.7 million tonnes (https://circularhub.se/tredubblad-export-av-begagnade-klader-fran-eu/). There is a demand for used clothes in these regions, but a significant part of the textiles that cannot be sold end up in landfills or informal waste streams, which creates environmental problems. According to the waste hierarchy (EU: Waste Framework Directive, 2008/98/EC), recycling is the most resource-smart choice – that's why we ensure that perfectly good t-shirts get a second chance instead of being sent on to an uncertain fate.
How do I know I'm getting a fresh shirt?
We sort through all the shirts that come in and remove anything that is broken or has permanent stains. We then wash all the shirts. Before they are sent, they are checked one more time.
How do I know that I am choosing the right size?
Check out our size chart! Our unisex sizes range from XS-XL for adults and we have two children's sizes (7-9 years and 10-12 years). The t-shirts are generally roomy, so double check the measurements before making your decision.
Can I request a specific shade of the color I order?
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee exact shades, but if you have any requests, you can write them in the notes field at check-out – we do our best but cannot promise anything!
What do you mean by the shirt is made mainly of cotton?
We only use shirts with at least 50% cotton. Those with a lower percentage are sorted out.
Collaborations
What's the deal if we want to set up a webshop with you?
We help drive traffic to the webshop. You get a commission for every t-shirt sold. We set up an agreement between us and payments are made quarterly. Get in touch and we'll tell you more!
Orders
Can I order garments without ordering a print?
Currently not in pieces, but if you are interested in a slightly larger quantity, you are welcome to come in with an inquiry!
Do you have a minimum order for custom designed t-shirts?
No, but we have certain rack/start-up costs, so if you want to order a single item, the price will be more expensive than if you order several.
Do you buy dead stock?
No, we don't. We primarily want to collect used shirts that come from consumers and that risk becoming an environmental burden, not things that companies have overproduced or misproduced.
Can I have my order delivered express?
We currently do not offer express shipping. We only use Nordic Ecolabeled delivery which usually arrives the day after we send it (within Sweden).
Do I have a right of withdrawal?
Yes, if the shirt does not live up to our promise, you can of course return it. Please read more in our terms and conditions and return policy.
Do you have a physical store?
No, we only sell online.
Sustainability & climate impact
In what way is it better to buy a used t-shirt than one made from organic cotton or recycled materials?
Buying a used t-shirt saves water, energy and raw materials because no new production is needed. Even organic cotton and recycled materials require resources – growing, processing and transporting. By reusing an existing t-shirt, you extend its lifespan and reduce textile waste, which is the most resource-smart option according to the waste hierarchy.
Do you have a policy regarding clothing from Shein?
Because we work to extend the lifespan of already manufactured products, we have made the decision not to treat brands differently. Shein's t-shirts go through the same review in terms of condition and material as all other t-shirts we receive.
Where do you produce your t-shirts?
In Stockholm.
